Ways to Complete Pre-Voting Enrolment

To make the process as convenient as possible, COMELEC offers three main methods for pre-voting enrolment:

  1. Self-Enrolment Online

OFWs can use their own internet-capable devices to complete the process within the enrolment period.

  1. Voting Kiosks at Philippine Posts

Those who prefer onsite assistance can visit participating Philippine Posts during the Overseas Voting period.

  1. Field or Mobile Enrolment

Philippine Posts will schedule mobile pre-enrolment drives to reach voters in remote locations.

Regardless of the option chosen, all voters must follow these simple steps:

  • Go to the official pre-voting enrolment link provided by COMELEC.
  • Carefully follow the instructions outlined on the portal.
  • Once successfully enrolled, voters will gain access to the internet voting system during the official Overseas Voting Period.

Overseas Voting Period

For pre-enrolled OFWs, the Overseas Voting Period begins April 13, 2025 (Sunday) and ends May 12, 2025 (Monday) at 7:00 p.m. Philippine Standard Time. This gives eligible voters a full 30 days to cast their votes conveniently online.

Why Enrol Early?

Pre-voting enrolment is a critical step to ensure that every Overseas Filipino can exercise their democratic right to vote. Early enrolment helps avoid any last-minute challenges or system-related issues that could arise as the election day approaches. It also allows voters adequate time to familiarize themselves with the internet voting platform.

COMELEC’s Commitment to Overseas Filipinos

COMELEC values the contributions of Filipinos abroad and remains committed to making the election process as inclusive and effective as possible. Through internet voting and efficient enrolment, OFWs can participate in shaping the nation’s future regardless of their location. This ease of access represents a significant step towards enhancing voter empowerment globally.
